Hopesibuo carries a single mandate: raising leaders, restoring regions, and transforming systems. We exist to see hearts healed, lives enriched, and transformation carried across nations, not just neighborhoods. Today that work spans the Quad Cities, in Iowa and Illinois, and Kumasi, Ghana.
We hold to the promise that the Spirit is poured out on sons and daughters alike: "I will pour out my Spirit on all people. Your sons and daughters will prophesy" (Joel 2:28; Acts 2:17). That conviction shapes how we develop leaders, giving women and men the training, the responsibility, and the seat at the table, of their Father’s harvest.
Hopesibuo is an initiative under Birthed of Hope LLC, a faith-based organization, and we are currently working toward independent nonprofit status. Our long-term vision is to establish regional hubs and centers of transformation in the regions we serve.
To raise leaders, men and women who carry the Word, presence, and power of God into their regions, meeting needs with support and intention, and building systems that outlast us.
A world transformed by hope, where hearts are healed, lives are enriched, and Christ's love is shared. It grows region by region until it spans nations, from the Quad Cities to Kumasi and outward, as sons and daughters step into the calling the Spirit has already empowered them to carry out.
Because too many people are overlooked in the moments they need support the most.
That's part of it, but not all of it. Hopesibuo also exists to bring balance to the body of Christ, calling the church back to biblical discipleship over hierarchy based on age, status, or role. We believe in unity across differences, in leaders who serve rather than gatekeep, and in a family where no one is overlooked because of who they know or where they sit.
We exist to remind the body of Christ who God created us to be, and to walk in the fullness of what His Spirit empowers us to do, humble, generous, and bold in faith. We believe every region can be possessed for the Kingdom when the body of Christ is unified, awakened, and walking in the fruit and power of the Spirit.
