Take responsibility for the region God has placed you in

Raising Kingdom Leaders. Restoring Regions. Transforming Systems.

Regional Ambassadors

Regional Ambassadors are the local faces of Hopesibuo. They carry the mandate into the communities they serve, building nests of hope one street, one family, one gathering at a time.

An Ambassador is not a volunteer and not a staff member. The role is a season of serious formation and real responsibility, with a clear pathway toward Regional Director for those who grow into it.

What a Regional Ambassador does

  • Represents Hopesibuo in their assigned region as a trusted, consistent presence
  • Leads community outreach in partnership with local leaders, including Praise and Prayer Walks and events across the Provision Network pillars
  • Builds and leads a volunteer team, recruiting, equipping, and caring for the people serving alongside them
  • Documents the work faithfully through weekly check-ins, event summaries, photos, and testimonies
  • Grows through our Leadership Development Program over their first 90 days
  • Captures and shares stories of impact in ways that honor the people at the center of them

Ambassadors are chosen for their character, their heart for people, and their willingness to be formed.

Regional Directors

Regional Directors oversee the Ambassadors in their zone. They hold both the vision and the people, carrying the weight of raising the next wave of Kingdom leaders.

A Regional Director has walked the Ambassador path, completed the Leadership Development Program, and demonstrated the growth to lead others into it.

What a Regional Director does

  • Oversees multiple Regional Ambassadors across a defined zone
  • Coaches and develops Ambassadors through weekly check-ins, event shadowing, and honest feedback
  • Approves regional strategy, including new community partnerships and significant outreach plans
  • Conducts formal evaluations at Month 2 and Month 3, assessing growth and shaping the next season
  • Protects the mandate by ensuring every Ambassador operates with integrity, local ownership, and care for the people served
  • Connects the field to the center, surfacing wins, needs, and lessons from the regions to Hopesibuo leadership
  • Stewards resources across the zone, including volunteer capacity, event budgets, and training time

Directors are the bridge between vision and village.

Five levels of practical formation

Every Regional Ambassador walks through the Leadership Development Program during their first 90 days. The program is five levels of practical formation, built for women and men stepping into Kingdom leadership on the ground.

Level 1

Mission and Values

The foundation of everything else. Ambassadors internalize why Hopesibuo exists, what we stand for, and how our core values show up in daily decisions. By the end of Track 1, every Ambassador can speak the mandate with clarity and name the values that guide the work when pressure is on.

Level 2

Event Execution Basics

The craft of community outreach. Ambassadors learn to plan, run, and document a community event from the ground up, from scoping with local leaders through logistics, team coordination, running the day well, and capturing the story afterward. By the end of Track 2, Ambassadors can co-lead and then solo-lead an event with confidence.

Level 3

Building and Leading Volunteer Teams

The multiplier. Ambassadors are not meant to work alone. This level covers recruiting volunteers, onboarding them well, assigning them to meaningful roles, caring for them personally, and leading with clarity and warmth. By the end of Track 3, every Ambassador has formed and is leading an active local team.

Level 4

Content, Media, and Communication

The responsible storyteller. How we tell the story matters as much as the story itself. This level covers photography and video consent, writing testimonies with dignity, protecting the people in our stories, and sharing content in ways that honor the communities we serve. By the end of Track 4, Ambassadors can represent their region online and in print with both power and care.

Level 5

Leadership Evaluation and Review

The honest mirror. The final level is a formal evaluation of growth across the first 90 days, done with the Regional Director. Strengths, growth areas, and the shape of the next season. This is both an assessment and a commissioning. Ambassadors who complete the program are equipped to lead their region with full ownership and are considered for expanded responsibility, including the pathway to Regional Director.
