The content on this website is shared in good faith for general information, encouragement, and community connection. We work to keep it accurate and current, but we make no promise that every detail is complete, correct, or up to date.

2. Not legal, financial, or medical advice

Hopesibuo Initiative and Birthed of Hope LLC do not provide legal, financial, medical, mental health, or other licensed professional advice. Nothing on this website, in our events, courses, or communications, or from our volunteers, ambassadors, or leaders is a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. Please speak with a licensed professional before acting on anything you learn from us.

3. Not a nonprofit organization

Hopesibuo Initiative is a community initiative operated by Birthed of Hope LLC. Birthed of Hope LLC is not a registered nonprofit organization. Sponsorships, gifts, and donations are not tax deductible.

4. Faith-based content

Our programs, courses, and events are rooted in Christian faith. Scripture, teaching, and prayer are shared as part of our mission. Stories and testimonies reflect the experience of the people who shared them. We do not guarantee any particular outcome, and individual results will vary.

5. Requests for help and prayer

We treat requests for help and prayer with confidentiality and care. We cannot promise that we will be able to provide any particular form of help, and our response may depend on available people and resources. Our volunteers and leaders are not licensed counselors or emergency responders.

6. Not for emergencies

This website and our contact forms are not monitored around the clock. If you or someone else is in danger or needs urgent medical help, contact your local emergency services immediately.

7. Community Responders, the directory, and partners

People and organizations listed in our network, directory, or Community Responders Network are independent. Listing does not mean we employ, endorse, certify, or guarantee them, their credentials, or their work. Please do your own checking before you rely on any person or organization. Submission to our directory does not guarantee inclusion, and listings are reviewed at our discretion in line with our community values and mission.

8. Events and activities

You take part in events, outreach activities, and gatherings at your own risk. Photos and video may be taken at our events and used on our website, social media, and materials. If you would like an image of you or your child removed, write to connect@hopesibuo.org with the page or post where it appears, and we will remove it promptly. We do not publish children's full names alongside their photos.

9. Giving and sponsorships

Sponsorships are not tax deductible, as Birthed of Hope LLC is not a registered nonprofit. All sponsorship benefits are delivered within 30 days of gift receipt. All gifts are processed securely through Stripe, unless made by Venmo or check. Gifts are non-refundable and not tax deductible. To request a refund consideration, contact connect@hopesibuo.org within 7 days of your gift. Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at the sole discretion of Birthed of Hope LLC.

Birthed of Hope LLC reserves the right to decline, remove, or discontinue recognition for any partner whose values, conduct, or public representation are inconsistent with the integrity standards of Birthed of Hope LLC and its initiatives. Featured placement is subject to review and may be updated at our discretion. Legacy partner benefits are non-transferable and non-refundable.

10. Follow-up communication

Registering for an event or submitting a request may result in follow-up communication about related events and services. Your information is shared with partners or other initiatives only where you have given consent. 11. Third-party links and services

Our website links to and relies on services run by others, including payment processors, form services, and social platforms. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.
